Rachael joined the firm in 2025 as the Vice President of Tax. Prior to joining Columbia Capital, Rachael was a Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Asset and Wealth Management tax practice in Washington, D.C. where she served clients in the venture capital and private equity space. Rachael is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Rachael received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
