Target a market in our Focus Areas that is realizing substantial, long-term growth

Benefit from an industry leading executive team

Generate recurring revenue from asset-based infrastructure model or repeatable revenue from a services-based business model

Demonstrate path to revenue scale and either profitability or have a clear plan to minimize the period of subscale, loss-making operations

Possess a defensible competitive advantage

Have opportunities to enhance market positioning and scale via acquisitions

Require an equity investment between $15 to $40 million across the investment lifecycle (larger amounts can also be accommodated)

Can grow to an enterprise value north of $200 million
